Tamera holds two real estate licenses and is the Co-Founder of Burson Home Advisors. Her expertise sits at the intersection of contracts, negotiation, and the emotional reality of moving—especially when families are choosing a lease to own path.
Before co-founding Burson Home Advisors, Tamera spent more than 25 years in Business Development Consulting, helping entrepreneurs build sustainable, scalable businesses. She has also managed Airbnbs and long-term rental homes and personally navigated more than 30 moves.
Clients benefit from that lived experience. Tamera quickly assesses complex situations, asks the right questions, and does the deep work before showings. Many families find their home on the first tour—not by chance, but because their budget, timing, and lease to own goals have been carefully aligned in advance
Jerry brings three decades of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, appraisal, and investing. His background gives him a deep understanding of how homes are bought, financed, valued, and structured—especially when it comes to lease purchase and lease to own pathways.
